Submitting an enquiry or booking an appointment does not automatically create a service agreement. It allows us to understand your event and discuss how we may help. Confirmed services will be subject to a separate agreement covering the relevant scope, fees, payments, timelines, and responsibilities.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely decisions required for their event. Events may also involve third-party venues, suppliers, caterers, photographers, entertainers, or other vendors, whose own terms and responsibilities may apply.

All original content on this website, including photography, text, graphics, branding, and other materials, belongs to Orelia or is used with permission and may not be reproduced or commercially used without authorization. Event photography may also be used for portfolio or marketing purposes where appropriate permissions have been provided.
